Financial records

I request the following records of the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics (including any athletic association or foundation records held by university custodians):
(1) COMPLETE VENDOR PAYMENT REGISTER. An expenditure/vendor payment register for fiscal years 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 listing every vendor and the amount paid per fiscal year, provided as an electronic export (Excel or CSV). Please include the object/account code column if your financial system records it.
(2) ALL TECHNOLOGY AND CONSULTING AGREEMENTS. All agreements, amendments, statements of work, and pricing schedules currently or most recently in effect with any provider of software, data, analytics, technology, or consulting/professional services to the athletics department.
(3) STAFF SALARY ROSTER. A current roster of all athletics department employees showing name, working title, and annual base salary plus any supplemental or additional compensation recorded in the payroll system.
(4) SOLE-SOURCE JUSTIFICATIONS. All sole-source or exclusive-acquisition justifications issued for athletics software, analytics, or technology purchases since January 1, 2022.
