Financial records

Govly is requesting purchasing records in unscanned and editable CSV, Excel or Txt formatted documents. Govly is requesting those purchasing records for the dates of 1/1/2020 to current. Specific information we are requesting is:
1) Purchase Order Number (if PO number is not used and # would work such as encumbrance number or invoice number)
2) Purchase Date
3) Purchase Amount
4) Line Item Quantity
5) Line Item Description
6) Vendor Name
7) Department/School Name or Code (if using a code we request an additional report that gives the department name associated with the code).
