I am writing to request access to records under applicable public records laws.
Specifically, I am seeking documentation of your institution’s federally negotiated indirect cost rates (F&A rates) from 1980 to the present, organized by year. To the extent available, I request that the records include:

• On-campus research indirect cost rates
• Off-campus research indirect cost rates
• Any separately negotiated rates for specialized units (e.g., medical schools, agricultural schools, or other distinct academic or research units)
• The effective start and end dates associated with each federally negotiated rate agreement
