Financial records

This is a request to obtain public records from University of Oregon pursuant to applicable law. I respectfully request your response be provided on a timely basis based on the applicable statutory requirements. If access to the records I am requesting will take longer than that time period, please contact me to advise when I should expect copies or the ability to inspect the requested records. If any of the requested records are readily available now, please feel free to send those immediately rather than waiting to compile the full set of materials. 
Part 1: Employment Contracts and Salaries 
o    Pursuant to applicable authority, I am writing to request copies of the current employment contract and salary (letter of intent, form agreement, or applicable document/record which shows annual compensation and start/end date of employment) for the athletic department staff listed below. If the current agreement has been amended, extended, or modified in any way, please also include the original fully executed agreement along with all amendments, extensions, addenda, and related documents. If an employee does not have a formal written agreement, please provide their current salary. 

Part 2: Football Games 
o    Pursuant to applicable authority, I am writing to request a copy of any contract or written agreement in force (i.e., signed, fully executed) for non-conference Football games listed below: 
1.    Coastal Carolina University 09/11/2027 
2.    Oregon State University 08/30/2031 
3.    Oregon State University 09/11/2032 
4.    Oregon State University 09/15/2029 
5.    Oregon State University 09/16/2028 
6.    Western Kentucky University 09/18/2027 
Part 3: Third Party Vendor Agreements 
o    Pursuant to applicable authority, I am writing to request a copy of any contract or written agreement in force (i.e., signed, fully executed) between the institution and/or its Department of Athletics (or its affiliates) and third parties regarding all of the following categories of subject matter. If any of these agreements have been amended, renewed, extended, or otherwise modified, please include the original fully executed contract along with any and all amendments, extensions, addenda, attachments, schedules needed to show the full terms currently in effect. 
1.    Apparel: The contract that was provided previously with Adidas may have auto-renewed according to its terms; provided however, if new terms have been memorialized in a new contract document, then I request that new document (such as an amendment or new contract). 
2.    Apparel: The current agreement I have previously received with Nike is set to expire in May 31, 2028. If there is an updated contract or amendment, please send, otherwise no need to resend. In addition, please send any current sport-specific apparel contracts. 
3.    Concessions for all athletic facilities (through firms such as Aramark, etc). If no such contractual agreement exists, please indicate there is no contract. 

1. Multimedia: The current agreement I have previously received with Learfield IMG College (MMR) is set to expire in June 30, 2029. If there is an updated contract or amendment, please send, otherwise no need to resend. 
   1. Pouring Rights: The current agreement I have previously received with Pepsi has expired on June 30, 2024. If the existing expired contract has been extended, please send new extension agreement, or send any new agreement you have made (through firms such as Coke, Pepsi, Gatorade, Powerade, etc.). In addition, please send any current sideline beverage contracts through firms such as Gatorade or Powerade. 
   2. Pouring Rights: The current agreement I have previously received with Gatorade has expired on June 30, 2024. If the existing expired contract has been extended, please send new extension agreement, or send any new agreement you have made (through firms such as Coke, Pepsi, Gatorade, Powerade, etc.). In addition, please send any current sideline beverage contracts through firms such as Gatorade or Powerade. 
   3. Ticketing: The current agreement I have previously received with Ticketmaster is set to expire in June 30, 2030. If there is an updated contract or amendment, please send, otherwise no need to resend. 
   4. Trademark licensing (through firms such as Collegiate Licensing Co., etc). If no such contractual agreement exists, please indicate there is no contract. 
   5. Outsourced Ticketing: The current agreement I have previously received with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions is set to expire in June 30, 2026. If there is an updated contract or amendment, please send, otherwise no need to resend.  
   6. Bookstore Operations on the University Campus (through firms such as Barnes & Noble and Follett, etc). If no such contractual agreement exists, please indicate there is no contract. 
   7. NIL: The current agreement I have previously received with INFLCR is set to expire in June 30, 2026. If there is an updated contract or amendment, please send, otherwise no need to resend. 
   8. NIL: The current agreement I have previously received with Opendorse is set to expire in October 31, 2026. If there is an updated contract or amendment, please send, otherwise no need to resend. 
   9. Athletics-specific software platforms and services for department operations, team operations, compliance, recruiting, student-athlete services, or similar athletics workflows (through firms such as Teamworks, Spry, Motion, JumpForward, etc). If no such contractual agreement exists, please indicate there is no contract. 
   10. Travel management, team travel, and charter travel services for athletics (through firms such as Short's Travel Management, CTP / Corporate Travel Partners, Anthony Travel, etc). If no such contractual agreement exists, please indicate there is no contract. 
   11. Athletics-specific executive search service agreements for coaches and administrators (through firms such as Parker Executive Search, TurnkeyZRG, CSA Search & Consulting, DHR Global Sports Practice, etc). If no such contractual agreement exists, please indicate there is no contract.
