Financial records

Under the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to obtain copies of public records that provide information on the expenditures by University of Oregon athletics department pertaining to Names, Images, and Likenesses (NIL) and collectives during the 2022-2023, 2023-2024, and 2024-2025 academic years.  Specifically, I am requesting information relating to the following:

Amount of total expenditures by the University of Oregon athletics department toward Names, Images, and Likenesses (NIL) and collectives during the 2022-2023, 2023-2024, and 2024-2025 academic years to include: administration, materials, salaries, legal costs, travel and/or costs associated with donor or fan events, expenditures (by contract or otherwise) for third parties toward education, workshops, and other NIL needs for student-athletes, and all other costs at University of Oregon relating to Names, Images, and Likenesses (NIL) and to collectives supporting student-athletes, specifically to include:

a.     Total expenditures by the University of Oregon athletics department to NIL;
b.     Total expenditures by University of Oregon athletics department to collectives supporting student-athletes (separate from NIL);
c.     Total expenditures by University of Oregon excluding the athletics department to NIL;
d.     Total expenditures by University of Oregon excluding the athletics department to collectives supporting student-athletes (separate from NIL);
e.     Total expenditures by University of Oregon athletics department to any party external to the university for NIL expenses (including a copy of the actual contract) such as Opendorse marketplace, Division Street, or Nike; 
f.      Total expenditures by University of Oregon athletics department to the “Division Street”, “Ducks of a Feather” NIL programs;
g.     Total expenditures (contractual or otherwise) with third parties external from University of Oregon to NIL and collectives (separate from NIL) for student-athlete NIL education, including any workshops that assist in student-athletes’ impact from NIL on their finances, legal, well-being, and all needs;
h.     Total of any other expenditures by University of Oregon athletics department to NIL;
i.      Total of any other expenditures by University of Oregon athletics department to collectives supporting student-athletes;
