Financial records

I am reaching out to request access to records sufficient to show the financial impact to University of Oregon of hosting the College Football Playoff game held on Saturday, December 20, 2025.
To streamline this request and minimize burden, I am seeking summary-level records and final reconciliations, rather than all underlying transactional data.
Specifically, I request the following records:
1.    Event-Level Financial Summary
o    Any final settlement statement, event profit-and-loss statement, closeout report, reconciliation, or internal financial summary prepared in connection with hosting the game.
2.    Ticketing and Revenue Settlement
o    Records sufficient to show:
?    Gross ticket revenue generated for the game
?    Amounts retained by the university
?    Amounts remitted to the College Football Playoff, conference, or other third parties
?    Any ticketing-related fees or deductions
3.    Payments, Subsidies, and Reimbursements
o    Records sufficient to show all payments received by the university related to hosting the game, including:
?    CFP or conference distributions or stipends
?    Expense reimbursements or guarantees
?    Any other external funding tied to the event
4.    Major Ancillary Revenue Categories
o    Summary reports or settlements showing revenue generated from:
?    Concessions (including alcohol, if applicable)
?    Parking
?    Premium seating, suites, and hospitality
?    Merchandise or other in-stadium sales
o    If available, net revenue retained by the university for each category
5.    Event-Related Expenses (Summary Level)
o    Any summary report or document showing major categories of expenses associated with hosting the game (e.g., security, staffing, operations, facilities, game-day services)
6.    Comparative or Internal Financial Analysis
o    Any presentation, memo, or report prepared for university leadership that summarizes or evaluates the financial impact of hosting the game
For purposes of this request, “records sufficient to show” includes final summaries, reports, or reconciliations that capture the requested information, even if underlying detailed records are not provided.
