On the first sheet “Instructions” of the attached spreadsheet I received in 2026-PRR-393, it asks the sender to include the following information:      "a. Debt service schedule: Attach a schedule of annual principal and interest payments to maturity for all debt and capital leases
          outstanding, including debt not rated by Moody's (in Excel format, if available). Please identify assumptions on debt service schedule,
          such as interest rate on variable rate debt.
      b. Additional debt: If the university has issued or entered into additional debt arrangements not rated by Moody's, including bank loans or 
          private placements during or after FY 2024, please attach documentation in your submission to Moody's.
      c. Public-private partnerships: Provide information about all public-private partnerships entered into during, or after, FY 2024
          (e.g. student housing, parking, and energy projects). Include only projects not reflected as an operating lease in the university's financial statements.
      d. Debt-related derivatives: If the university has entered into any debt-related derivative agreements during, or after, FY 2024,
          please provide Moody's with legal documentation (including ISDA Master, appendix, confirmation agreement).
      e. Future borrowing plans: Provide information about all future borrowing plans, including debt to be both publicly offered and privately”I am requesting these listed documents submitted to Moody’s as part of the University’s 2024 disclosure, if they exist.
