Financial records

Under the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of the following public records:•    Any and all written/electronic correspondence between Oregon head football coach and assistant coach/offensive coordinator about interviewing with the University of Kentucky, as established in Section 6.3(b) of his employment contract;
•    Any and all written/electronic correspondence between Oregon head football coach and assistant coach/offensive coordinator about decision to terminate his employment contract with Oregon, as established in Section 6.3(b) of his employment contract;
•     Any and all written/electronic correspondence between University of Oregon officials and assistant coach about whether the University will "require Coach to continue his coaching and other responsibilities, or University may reassign Coach until the completion of all play," as established in Section 6.3(b) of his employment contract;
•    And the invoice for what assistant coach owes Oregon for terminating his contract after Aug. 1, 2025 but before the end of the 2026 season, as established in Section 6.3(c)(2) of his employment contract.
