Correspondence

This letter is submitted by the Patriots Foundation (“Requester”). Pursuant to Oregon’s Public Records Law, Or. Rev. Stat. §192.311 et seq., we request copies of the public records described below. We request that a copy of the records detailed below be provided to us. We do not wish to inspect the records first.
I. Public Records Request
The Requester requests records and correspondence in the possession of University of Oregon. Specifically, the Requester requests the following records1 from January 1, 2024 to the present:
a. All documents containing or reflecting communications between or involving [UO staff] and Roger Worthington;
b. All documents containing or reflecting communications between [UO staff] and any staff, member, officer, or employee of Worthington & Caron, PC;
c. All documents containing or reflecting communications regarding climate change project funding from Roger Worthington and/or Worthington & Caron, between or involving the following individuals:
i. [UO staff] 
ii. [UO staff] 
iii. [UO staff] 
iv. [UO staff] 
v. [UO staff] 
d. Any versions of funding proposals, terms, and agreements regarding funding for climate change projects by Roger Worthington and/or Worthington & Caron, PC.
