Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.311–192.478), I am requesting copies of all communications involving [Director of Student Conduct and Community Standards] related to Case #2025106901 and the February 27, 2026, decision concerning Delta Sigma Phi (Theta Rho).
This request includes all records authored by, sent to, sent from, copied to, or otherwise involving:
•    Senior Associate Dean of Students, Director of Student Conduct and Community Standards.

•    The investigation into Delta Sigma Phi (Theta Rho).
•    The conduct findings for Case #2025106901.
•    The decision letter dated February 27, 2026.
•    The determination of sanctions.
•    The “Prohibition on Chapter Facility Use”.
•    The requirement that students vacate 1306 E 18th Avenue.
•    The ten-business-day relocation plan requirement.
•    Communications with:
o    Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards
o    Office of the Dean of Students
o    Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life
o    Office of General Counsel
o    UO Police Department
o    Eugene Police Department
o    Delta Sigma Phi national headquarters
