Public Records Request
The Requester requests records and correspondence in the possession of the University of Oregon. Specifically, the Requester requests the following records1 from January 1, 2019 to the present:
a.
All electronic correspondence and accompanying information, including any attachments, that was sent to or from, or which copies (including cc: and bcc:) i) envlawprofessors@lists.uoregon.edu, and/or ii) envlawprofessors-owner@lists.uoregon.edu and includes any of the following within the email “thread:”
i.
Climate Judiciary Project (including “CJP”)
ii.
Environmental Law Institute (including, but not limited to, electronic communications from the domain eli.org or phanle@protonmail.com)
iii.
The law firm Sher Edling LLP (including, but not limited to, electronic communications to or from the domain @sheredling.com)
1 Records may include, without limitation, documents, papers, sound recordings, computer stored data (including electronic mail correspondence and messages), or other material.
iv.
The Center for Climate Integrity (including, but not limited to, electronic communications from the domain climateintegrity.org)
v.
Union of Concerned Scientists (including, but not limited to, electronic communications from the domain ucs.org)
