I'd like an electronic copy of the draft and/or final agreement between the University of Oregon and the Big 10 Conference and any email and text message correspondence relating to this agreement by and between staff and agents of University of Oregon, and 1) staff and agents of the Big 10 and 2) staff and agents of the University of Washington.
