Correspondence

Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.311 to 192.478), I am requesting the following documents from your school’s athletics department. A screenshot or record/list of the most recent messages your school’s head football coach has received on Teamworks, or any other primary internal messaging platform used for day-to-day communications with staff. I do not need the actual messages, just a copy of the log or interface on whatever app your head football coach uses for internal communications. A list or screenshot of any internal chat rooms or groups your school’s head football coach is a member of on Teamworks or any other primary internal messaging platform used for day-to-day communications with staff. [Like the sidebar on Slack] A list of non-university emails with access to any internal messaging platforms used by your school’s head coach, such as Teamworks. A list of messaging apps downloaded by your head football coach on any work cell phone or a screenshot of all apps on your head football coach's work phone.
