Correspondence

Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.311–192.478), I submit this public records request for access to any and all available materials related to Burt Brown Barker held within the Special Collections and University Archives (SCUA) at the University of Oregon.

I am specifically requesting access to the following:

• Correspondence, notes, personal papers, administrative files, photographs, and other materials created by or associated with Burt Brown Barker, who served as Vice President of the University of Oregon and was involved in preservation efforts and cultural projects such as the Pioneer Mother statue, Dads’ Gates, and Oregon historical archives.
• Any existing inventories, accession records, or folder-level descriptions associated with the Burt Brown Barker collection, even if the materials remain unprocessed.
• Any internal memos, processing status updates, or donor agreements that affect public access to these records.
