Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.311–192.478), I am requesting access to and copies of any and all records related to the University of Oregon being offered or negotiating any rights of first refusal, preferential opportunities, or similar agreements related to PeaceHealth or any of its properties, assets, or operations.

Specifically, I am seeking:

• Any proposals, agreements, emails, meeting minutes, or internal communications discussing the university being offered or considering any form of preferential access to PeaceHealth properties or assets, September 2023 to present.
