In accordance with Oregon Public Records Laws, I am requesting records of investigations opened into University of Oregon fraternities Delta Sigma Phi, Phi Delta Theta and Theta Chi between January 1, 2024 and September 1, 2024, and any and all University of Oregon Fraternity and Sorority Life and University of Oregon Interfraternity Council correspondences relating to the interim suspensions of Delta Sigma Phi, Phi Delta Theta and Theta Chi made between January 1, 2024 and September 1, 2024.
