Under the Freedom of Information Act, I am requesting copies of the current contracts, and all amendments thereto, for your institution’s current and/or most recent employment contract with any and all parties for the following areas:

(1)   Any signed and/or executed employment contract/agreement/offer letter/memorandum of understanding between the University of Oregon [Head Football Coach], and

(2)   Any subsequent signed and/or executed employment contract extension/amendment/offer letter/memorandum of understanding of such, between the University of Oregon and [Head Football Coach]
