Under the applicable state public-records / open-records act, I'm
requesting the following records:1. Executed event-production, promotion, sponsorship, campus-use or
services agreements for the FYG U/FYGU Music + Tech Festival announced
for the University of Oregon on May 11, 2019, with signature pages,
amendments, riders and exhibits.
2. Existing approval and procurement records (purchase orders,
purchasing exceptions or justifications).
3. Existing provisions identifying obligations or benefits of Big
Noise Live, Find Your Grind, Amazon Prime Student, UMUSIC Experience
or Universal Music Group.
4. The final settlement or reconciliation with event-specific invoices
and payment, reimbursement or sponsorship-receipt records.
5. Existing provisions on sponsor access, branding, recording/content
rights, attendee information, exclusivity, insurance and cancellation.Record-creation period: March 1 - June 30, 2019, plus earlier
documents incorporated into a responsive agreement. Search terms: "FYG
