Contracts

Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, ORS 192.311 et seq., I request copies of the following records relating to eGroup, formerly known as Enabling Technologies (including any affiliated names such as "eGroup | Enabling Technologies," "Enabling Technologies Corp.," or "eGroup Enabling Technologies, LLC"), for the period January 1, 2020 through the date this request is processed:
1.    All contracts, agreements, master service agreements, statements of work, task orders, amendments, renewals, and change orders between the University of Oregon and eGroup / Enabling Technologies.
2.    All purchase orders, requisitions, and blanket orders issued to eGroup / Enabling Technologies.
3.    All invoices received from eGroup / Enabling Technologies.
4.    Records sufficient to show all payments made by the University to eGroup / Enabling Technologies, including date, amount, and funding source or department (for example, an accounts-payable or vendor payment report from the University's financial system).
5.    Any solicitations, RFPs, bids, proposals, sole-source justifications, or cooperative/piggyback contract documentation under which eGroup / Enabling Technologies was selected or engaged.
