Contracts

Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.311 to 192.478), I request electronic copies of the following records.

The current, fully executed ticketing services agreement(s) between the University of Oregon (including its Department of Athletics) and its ticketing technology/services provider(s), including but not limited to Ticketmaster/Live Nation and any predecessor (e.g., Paciolan), covering athletics ticketing.
Any current, fully executed agreement covering ticketing services for non-athletics campus venues and events — including the Erb Memorial Union "UO Ticket Office," the School of Music and Dance/Beall Concert Hall, University Theatre, and student-organization/campus-life ticketing — including any agreement or license with Tessitura Network or any other ticketing software provider.
The original Request for Proposals (RFP) or other solicitation document that led to each agreement above, together with the winning vendor's proposal/bid response.
All amendments, extensions, renewal notices, statements of work, and any pricing, fee, rebate, or revenue-share schedules or exhibits attached to or incorporated into each agreement.
Records sufficient to show the current expiration and/or renewal date of each agreement, and any correspondence (including email) from January 1, 2024 to the present concerning upcoming renewal, extension, re-solicitation, or rebid of ticketing services.
