Contracts

Under the Public Records Law, ORS 192.311 to 192.478, I request electronic copies of the following records held by the University of Oregon's football program and/or athletics department (including records held by athletics on behalf of the university, and records in central procurement/IT/business-office files that relate to athletics purchases) created, signed, invoiced, or in effect between January 1, 2022 and the date this request is processed.Scope – limited to these four vendor/product categories only:1. Film/video exchange & editing: e.g., Hudl (incl. Hudl Sideline/Assist), Catapult/XOS Digital, Synergy Sports, DVSport, Sportscode/Nacsport, Krossover, Dartfish, and similar.
2. Playbook/diagramming: e.g., Just Play, Pro Quick Draw, Hudl Playbook, GamePlan, FirstDown PlayBook, and similar.
3. Analytics/scouting: e.g., Pro Football Focus (PFF), Championship Analytics, Sports Info Solutions (SIS), Sportradar/Stats Perform scouting data, and similar.
4. Communications/operations: e.g., Teamworks, Front Rush, Sportsplus, and similar.Record types requested (for each vendor above):
- Contracts, agreements, master service agreements, order forms, statements of work, and amendments
- Renewals and renewal notices
- Quotes/proposals and price sheets/rate cards
- Invoices and purchase orders (PO number, date, amount)
- Documents sufficient to show seat/license/user counts (e.g., number of licenses, accounts, or users purchased or authorized)
