Contracts

Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, ORS 192.311 et seq., I am writing to request electronic copies (PDF format) of the following public records regarding University of Oregon Men's and Women's Basketball programs:1. Technology, Tracking and Analytics Vendor Agreements:
All currently active master services agreements, software licenses, statements of work, or vendor contracts for player tracking, optical tracking, video breakdown, biometric monitoring, or basketball analytics platforms utilized by the Men's or Women's Basketball programs (including, but not limited to, agreements with vendors such as Second Spectrum, ShotTracker, Catapult, Kinexon, Synergy Sports, and Hudl/Sportscode).2. Third-Party NIL Management and Marketing Agreements:
All currently active contracts, master services agreements, or memoranda of understanding between the University (or its athletic department) and third-party commercial entities, platforms, or agencies retained to manage, support, disclose, or facilitate Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) operations for student-athletes (such as Altius Sports Partners, INFLCR, Opendorse, or Learfield Compass).Note: This request is strictly for institutional agreements between the University and third-party platform providers; it does not request individual student-athlete compensation agreements or private collective contracts.
