Contracts

Pursuant to applicable authority, I am writing to request copies of the complete written employment agreement or other written document establishing the currently effective employment terms for each athletic department staff member listed below. Please include, at minimum, the applicable original, fully executed base agreement and all amendments, addenda, extensions, appointment letters, offer letters, or similar records. The records provided should show the staff member's annual compensation and start/end dates of employment. If an existing agreement remains in effect but compensation has changed, please provide both the continuing agreement and the amendment, salary record, or other document showing the updated compensation. A salary record alone does not satisfy this request when a written employment agreement, appointment letter, offer letter, or similar written record exists. Only when no written employment agreement, appointment letter, offer letter, or similar written record establishing employment terms exists for a listed staff member should salary documentation be provided instead; in that circumstance, please provide current salary documentation and, if maintained, the staff member's start/end dates of employment.Part 2: Outside Income Forms 
o    Pursuant to applicable authority, I am writing to request copies of the most recent outside income form (ideally 2025-2026 fiscal year) including Sports Camps for the following athletic department employees, plus any other applicable athletic department employees if available. If an itemized list of all individuals is required, please let me know.
