Contracts

Under the Oregon Public Records Law, I request copies of the following

University of Oregon records:

1. The currently effective multimedia-rights, corporate-sponsorship

sales, or athletics marketing agreement involving Learfield, IMG

College, Playfly, or any successor/affiliate, including all

amendments, assignments, exhibits, and rights inventories.

2. The current athletics apparel/equipment agreement, including

amendments and product/compensation schedules.

3. Any currently effective contracts with NIL marketplaces, NIL

education/compliance vendors, collectives, or institutional

revenue-sharing/payment-administration vendors, including statements

of work and amendments.

4. Any blank/template institutional NIL license or revenue-sharing

agreement used since June 1, 2025, including exhibits and addenda.
