Contracts

Under Oregon’s Public Records Law, ORS 192.311–192.478, I respectfully request electronic copies of the following records concerning PK Park: 1. All executed use, license, lease, operating, or facility agreements between the University of Oregon and the Eugene Emeralds, Elmore Sports Group, or any affiliated entity, from 2009 to the present. 2. All amendments, renewals, extensions, exhibits, schedules, side letters, memoranda of understanding, and related agreements associated with those documents. 3. Records describing: • Rent, license fees, or other payments; • Allocation of ticket, concession, parking, suite, sponsorship, advertising, and naming-rights revenue; • Operations, maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement responsibilities; • Responsibility for compliance with professional baseball facility standards; and • Scheduling priority, practice access, clubhouse allocation, and field-use protocols. 4. Any final development or financing agreements, project budgets, or funding summaries identifying the original cost and funding sources for PK Park.
