Contracts

I respectfully request access to and copies of records related to athletic merchandise sales and merchandising partnerships for University of Oregon.                
Specifically, I am requesting:               
Copies of all current contracts, agreements, amendments, extensions, and memoranda of understanding with any third-party vendor, partner, licensee, or operator responsible for:        
                       In-venue athletic merchandise sales; 
                       Online athletic merchandise sales; 
                       Athletic apparel, souvenir, and branded merchandise operations. 
Documents identifying the current athletic merchandise partner(s), including any exclusive rights agreements, licensing agreements, revenue-sharing agreements, commission structures, or management agreements.           
Any requests for proposals (RFPs), bid submissions, evaluation documents, award notices, and procurement records related to the selection of the current athletic merchandise partner(s).         
Records reflecting the scope of services, financial terms, compensation structures, revenue-sharing arrangements, commissions, guarantees, or other consideration associated with these agreements.     
Any amendments, renewals, extensions, or modifications to the agreements currently in effect.
