Contracts

All employment agreements, contracts, contract amendments, extensions, addenda, memoranda of
understanding, and any incorporated buyout, liquidated-damages, incentive, or supplemental-compensation
schedules for the head baseball coach and each assistant baseball coach currently employed by the
University's baseball program (including any associate head coach, pitching coach, hitting coach, and
recruiting coordinator).
