Contracts

Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, ORS 192.311 et seq., I request copies of the following public records:1. The fully executed current and immediately prior ticketing-services agreement(s) between the University of Oregon (including the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics) and Ticketmaster LLC, Paciolan LLC, and/or any affiliate of Live Nation Entertainment, Inc., together with all amendments, addenda, and side letters.2. The complete procurement record for the current ticketing-services contract, including RFPs, competing proposals, evaluator scoresheets, and any sole-source justification.3. Records reflecting any exclusivity, most-favored-nation, dynamic pricing, resale-restriction, fan-data-ownership, or marketing clauses in those agreements.4. Communications between the Athletic Director (or designee) and Ticketmaster / Paciolan / Oak View Group representatives regarding contract performance, fees, or renewal, from January 1, 2022 to the present.5. Any agreement between the University and Oak View Group LLC regarding venue management, premium seating, or event programming.
