Pursuant to Oregon's Public Records Act / Freedom of Information Act, I kindly request copies of multimedia rights (MMR) contracts with the relevant vendor held by University of Oregon and/or its Athletic Department.REQUESTED RECORDS
Executed multimedia rights (MMR) contracts between University of Oregon and any third-party multimedia rights provider, including but not limited to Learfield, JMI Sports, or any comparable company. Multimedia rights (MMR) contracts are agreements in which University of Oregon outsources the management and sale of its athletic media and sponsorship assets — including but not exclusive to radio/television/streaming broadcasts, stadium signage, official sponsorships, NIL deals, and digital advertising — to a private vendor in exchange for a guaranteed payment and/or revenue sharing arrangement.This request specifically seeks:
• Guaranteed annual payments or minimum rights fees;
• Revenue sharing structures and thresholds;
• Contract duration and renewal or extension options;TIME PERIOD
Contracts currently in effect or executed between 2015 and 2025. If records are not retained for the full period, please provide responsive records from the earliest available year forward and indicate the applicable retention period.
