Pursuant to Oregon's Public Records Act / Freedom of Information Act, I kindly request copies of football guarantee game contracts held by Oregon University and/or its Athletic Department.
REQUESTED RECORDS
Executed football guarantee game contracts (and any amendments or addenda) between the 2000 and 2025 seasons. Guarantee games (also called "buy games" or "money games") are regular-season, non-conference games in which Oregon University paid a guarantee or appearance fee to a visiting opponent to play a single game at Oregon University's home stadium (usually early in the season).
This request EXCLUDES:
• Conference games;
• Bowl games and College Football Playoff games;
• Home-and-home series contracts.
TIME PERIOD
Football seasons 2000 through 2025. If records are not retained for the full period, please provide responsive records from the earliest available year forward and indicate the applicable retention period.
