Part 1: Employment Contracts and Salaries
•    Pursuant to applicable authority, I am writing to request copies of the current employment contract and salary (letter of intent, form agreement, or applicable document/record which shows annual compensation and start/end date of employment) for the athletic department staff listed below. If an employee does not have a formal written agreement, please provide their current salary.

Part 2: Outside Income Forms
•    Pursuant to applicable authority, I am writing to request copies of the most recent outside income form (ideally 2023-2024 fiscal year) including Sports Camps for all applicable athletic department employees if available. If an itemized list of individuals is required, please let me know.

Part 3: Men's Basketball Games
•    Pursuant to applicable authority, I am writing to request a copy of any contract or written agreement in force (i.e., signed, fully executed) for non-conference Men's Basketball games listed below plus any additional non-conference games or exhibition games scheduled to be played during the 0-1 season and future years:
