Part 1: Employment Contracts and Salaries 

  • Pursuant to applicable authority, I am writing to request copies of the current employment contract and salary (letter of intent, form agreement, or applicable document/record which shows annual compensation and start/end date of employment) for the athletic department staff listed below. If the current agreement has been amended, extended, or modified in any way, please also include the original fully executed agreement along with all amendments, extensions, addenda, and related documents. If an employee does not have a formal written agreement, please provide their current salary.
  • Part 2: Men's Basketball Games 

  • Pursuant to applicable authority, I am writing to request a copy of any contract or written agreement in force (i.e., signed, fully executed) for non-conference Men's Basketball games listed below plus any additional non-conference games or exhibition games scheduled to be played during the 2025-2026 season and future years:
