Contracts

On behalf of myself, I request the following document categories pursuant to Oregon’s Public Records Law, ORS §§ 192.311 – 192.431. The following requests are limited to documents created, dated, or received on or after January 1, 2023. 1.    All template, sample, or example contracts or agreements created or provided by the Big Ten Conference, including any employee, agent, or representative, regarding payments to athletes, including those made because of revenue sharing. ?2. All documents prepared by the Big Ten Conference concerning the use or implantation of any contracts or agreements identified in response to Request No. 1. 3. All contracts or agreements between the University, including any constituent department such as the Athletic Department, and any prospective, current, or former student-athlete that is similar to or based on any contract or agreement identified in response to Request No. 1. ?4. All contracts or agreements between the University, including any constituent department such as the Athletic Department, and any prospective, current, or former student-athlete that pays a student-athlete for participating in an athletic program or as revenue sharing.
