Pursuant to Oregon Public Records Law, (ORS 192.410 to 192.505) I am requesting a search for either volunteer or contracted services performed by Alpha Turf NW LLC and/or Kyle Landon. The CCB number associated with Alpha Turf NW LLC is 194171. Search dates of June 7th 2011 to present. If any record is located please send full and complete copies of all records associated, preferably through email. This should include payments, contract conditions, contract start and end dates, as well as any termination and reason. ?I further request any records that associate or endorse Alpha Turf NW LLC or its services by the University of Oregon, including financial records for any money given to the University of Oregon by Alpha Turf NW LLC and/or Kyle Landon. If money was given, please provide a statement of the relationship between Alpha Turf NW LLC and or Kyle Landon and the University of Oregon.
