On July 21, 2021, a press release announced the Wu Tsai Human Performance Alliance, a collaborative partnership among six institutions, which includes the University of Oregon. 
https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20210721005312/en/New-Research-P… seek an agreement letter or document from the donor, The Joe and Clara Tsai Foundation Limited (aka The Joe and Clara Tsai Foundation), that explains its contractual arrangement, including a financial commitment, with the University of Oregon, regarding the Wu Tsai Human Performance Alliance.The time frame for my request is July 1, 2019 through July 21, 2021.The likely recipient of that document may be the University's Chancellor, with copies potentially to the Provost, General Counsel, and/or Chief Research Officer.
