Contracts

The crux of my request is to find a copy of Van Horne Brands contract with the UofO. I suspect that via Nike and the Athletic Department, Van Horne Brands has been allowed to flout state law and university policy regarding contract procurement. I don’t believe that a fair open bidding process took place to allow for the application of design firms to submit their portfolios for UofO team uniforms. I’m seeking all information regarding Van Horne Brands contract, Van Horne Brand benefits, and communication from or to Van Horne Brands with the University of Oregon to or from any department, faculty member, athletic department employee, or Nike representative.
