Pursuant to the Open Records Act (or Freedom of Information Act), I respectfully request copies of the following public records:

   Any documents (including side letters or correspondence) that reflect agreed payment amounts, financial terms, cancellation or buyout provisions, liquidated damages, force majeure terms, or ticket allocations and obligations associated with these games.

Copies of all fully executed contracts between the University of Oregon and any other institutions for college football “guarantee” or “buy” games scheduled during the years 2026 through 2030, in which the University of Oregon pays a guarantee or other consideration for an opponent to participate in a game.

Any related amendments, addenda, riders, exhibits, or attachments to those agreements.
