Contracts

Part 1: Employment Contracts and Salaries 
o    Pursuant to applicable authority, I am writing to request copies of the current employment contract and salary (letter of intent, form agreement, or applicable document/record which shows annual compensation and start/end date of employment) for the athletic department staff listed below. If an employee does not have a formal written agreement, please provide their current salary. 
Part 2: Outside Income Forms 
o    Pursuant to applicable authority, I am writing to request copies of the most recent outside income form (ideally 2024-2025 fiscal year) including Sports Camps for the following athletic department employees, plus any other applicable athletic department employees if available. If an itemized list of all individuals is required, please let me know. 
Part 3: Baseball Games 
o    Pursuant to applicable authority, I am writing to request a copy of any contract or written agreement in force (i.e., signed, fully executed) for non-conference Baseball games scheduled to be played between January 1, 2020 through January 1, 2027. 
Part 4: Softball Games 
o    Pursuant to applicable authority, I am writing to request a copy of any contract or written agreement in force (i.e., signed, fully executed) for non-conference Softball games scheduled to be played between January 1, 2020 through January 1, 2027. 
Part 5: Women's Volleyball Games 
o    Pursuant to applicable authority, I am writing to request a copy of any contract or written agreement in force (i.e., signed, fully executed) for non-conference Women's Volleyball games scheduled to be played between January 1, 2020 through January 1, 2027.
