I am requesting the following records relating to the “Anonymous Head Football Coaching Chair Endowment Fund.”The original gift agreement or donation contract establishing the endowed chair.Any amendments or addenda added to the agreement.The most recent budgeting or internal accounting documents tracking discretionary spending of funds allocated through the endowment.Any additional documentation produced as part of the endowment covering how the endowment funds may be used.The most recent report covering annual payout amounts distributed from the endowment.If the endowed funds are invested as either part of the university’s general endowment or in a separate fund:The most recent performance report or summary reflecting how the endowment has performed over time.If this endowment is managed by a university-affiliated foundation, I request any responsive records held by or accessible to the university from the affiliated foundation.
