Contract

Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, ORS 192.311–192.478, I request copies of all operating agreements, lease agreements, memoranda of understanding, or similar contracts between the University of Oregon and the Eugene Emeralds Baseball team. This request includes, but is not limited to, any agreements concerning the use, operation, or management of baseball facilities used by the University of Oregon baseball program, including PK Park, as well as any associated amendments, addenda, renewals, extensions, exhibits, or statements of work. Please include the present agreements as of 4/20/2026.
