I write to request a copy of the current water treatment contract that covers all boilers, cooling towers, hydronic systems and potable water for the University of Oregon Campus Operations Department, the date of original inception of such contract and any subsequent renewal(s). I also request copies of any and all purchase requests or records for the acquisition of chemical formulations for the treatment of boilers, cooling towers, hydronic systems and potable water for the years 2012, 2013 and 2014.
