The request ID is number 2019-041. "I am requesting all video footage and preservation of all evidence in regards to a fire near The University of Oregon's campus operations building. The incident occurred at approximately 01:30 PM pacific on 08/09/18.  Cameras can be seen on the central power stations building, the cameras are facing the direction of the fire. Please review all footage of any camera that may have captured this event and provide a copy to Union Pacific Railroad."
