Pursuant to applicable authority, I am writing to request a copy of any contract or written agreement in force (i.e., signed, fully executed) between the University and/or its Department of Athletics (or its affiliates) and third parties regarding all of the following categories of subject matter:1.    Apparel: The current agreement we have previously received with Nike is set to expire on May 31, 2028. If there is an updated contract or amendment, please send, otherwise no need to resend. In addition, please send any other current apparel contracts.2.    Bookstore Operations on the University Campus (through firms such as Barnes & Noble and Follett, etc.). If no such contractual agreement exists, please indicate there is no contract.3.    Concessions for all athletic facilities (through firms such as Aramark, Sodexo, etc.). If no such contractual agreement exists, please indicate there is no contract4.    Merchandising rights (through firms such as Fanatics, Dyehard Fan Supply, etc.). If no such contractual agreement exists, please indicate there is no contract.5.    Multimedia: The current agreement we have previously received with IMG / Learfield IMG College (MMR) is set to expire on June 30, 2022. If there is an updated contract or amendment, please send, otherwise no need to resend.6.    Name, Image, Likeness (NIL) agreements (through firms such as INFLCR, Opendorse, Altius, Compass, NOCAP, SAIL, etc.). If no such contractual agreement exists, please indicate there is no contract.7.    Outsourced Ticketing: The current agreement we have previously received with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions is set to expire on June 30, 2023. If there is an updated contract or amendment, please send, otherwise no need to resend.8.    Pouring Rights: The current agreement we have previously received with Gatorade expired on July 31, 2020. If the existing expired contract has been extended, please send the new extension agreement, or send any new agreement you have made (through firms such as Coke, Pepsi, Gatorade, Powerade, etc.).9.    Pouring Rights: The current agreement we have previously received with Pepsi is set to expire on June 30, 2022. If there is an updated contract or amendment, please send, otherwise no need to resend.10.    Ticketing: The current agreement we have previously received with Ticketmaster is set to expire on June 30, 2022. If there is an updated contract or amendment, please send, otherwise no need to resend.11.    Trademark licensing (through firms such as Collegiate Licensing Co., Learfield Licensing, etc.). If no such contractual agreement exists, please indicate there is no contract.
