The following request is made pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, OR. Rev. Stat. § 192.410 et seq.:

1. A copy of the ?campus communications plan? which was paid for by the University of Oregon on May 19, 2010 and December 18, 2009 as noted in invoice # 10194 and 10179 respectively.

2) Any other contracts with any individual or firm contracted directly or indirectly to advise or direct the UO on any and all union organizing efforts by university employees between July 1, 2009 and July 1, 2010.
