Under the provisions of the Oregon Public Records Law, as well as the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following information regarding the University of Oregon’s Eugene campus police and security departments:

I’d like any documentation related to training received by campus police officers for how to respond to reports of sexual assault.

I’d like any documentation related to the department’s relationship with the host city or town’s police department when investigating sexual assault cases.

I’d like any documentation related to the campus police department’s relationship with the university disciplinary boards when investigating sexual assault reports.

I’d like the number of campus police officers on the force.

Please send the number of police reports for sexual assault cases that were handled by the University of Oregon campus police department in the past 10 years. Please also send the number of sexual assault investigations handled by the campus police departments that are currently open.
