This letter is a public records request for information on outcomes of Title IX sexual assault cases at the University of Oregon. Specifically, I am requesting the latest information or annual summary that would include, or allow the determination of, the number of investigations where a student is found responsible for violating policy for sexual assault as well as the number of investigations where a student is found "not responsible" for violating that policy. At a minimum, this is a request for those two numbers for the latest academic or calendar year for which the information is available. To be clear, I am not requesting any individually identifiable information. Also, the information requested is not available in the university's Clery report.
