I am requesting the following documents under Oregon’s open records law: _ Documents showing the results of all student-satisfaction surveys and student-athlete exit surveys from the program from 1999 to present. These documents could help determine whether student-athletes have complained of disparate treatment by race in the past or other related culturally insensitive behavior.
