I am seeking what I believe is data accessible under the Freedom of Information Act. Fenton Hall on the University of Oregon's Eugene campus has a library where students may sign in if they seek free tutoring services, which the library provides daily. This sign in data consists of Date and Time, Class, Student Classification, and purpose of visit. If this data is truly considered applicable under the FOIA I would like to formally submit a request.
