Being University of Oregon is a public entity, we believe it is subject to the provisions of Oregon’s Open Records Act/Public Records Law.  In accordance with FERPA, ASL is requesting an Excel file of all currently enrolled  students -including the student's full name, their postal address and if possible class year (FR,SO etc.), field of study(major) and the student’s personal email address -if those are considered part of directory information allowed for the public.
