I am requesting the following documents under Oregon’s open records law:Any demographic data related to Oregon football players who were subject to random drug tests from 1999 to present. Players elsewhere have complained that blacks were more often singled out for random testing than whites, and any such data that is available could help shed light on whether their claims are true.
